Mukti Music School – Terms of Service

Welcome to Mukti Music School. We are excited to have you embark on a musical journey with us. Please take a moment to read and understand our Terms of Service.

1. Commitment to Music

We take commitment seriously. Regular attendance supports your child’s growth and ensures that families get the most out of their musical experience.

2. Cancellation Policy

We typically require a student to sign up for a whole season after they sign up. In extraordinary circumstances such as a country move or illness, we require a one-month notice for cancellations should you wish to .  We do not provide cancellations for families going on vacations in the middle of a season. This allows us to maintain consistency for all students and our teaching team.

3. Class Cancellations

We are unable to provide an avenue for class cancellations. IF you/your child has to miss class, please do follow up with the teacher for what was missed. This will make them stay consistent with the curriculum for the season. If the teacher misses and cannot schedule a make up, a credit will be offered.

  • Please do not use WhatsApp to contact teachers for refunds or cancellation requests.

  • 4. Code of Conduct
    We expect all students to treat their fellow classmates, instructors, and staff with respect and professionalism.
    Any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate may result in the student’s enrollment being terminated without refund.

5. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to:

  • Arrive on time and prepared for each class.

  • Practice regularly outside of class, as it is essential for progress.
    Please note that Mukti Music is not responsible for lack of progress due to insufficient practice.
