Mukti Music School – Terms of Service

Welcome to Mukti Music School. We are excited to have you embark on a musical journey with us. Please take a moment to read and understand our Terms of Service.

1. Cancellation Policy
We require a one-month notice for all cancellations. This allows us to maintain consistency for all students and our teaching team.

2. Commitment to Music
We take commitment seriously. Regular attendance supports your child’s growth and ensures that families get the most out of their musical experience.

3. Class Cancellations
Students are allowed a maximum of two cancellations per season.

• If your child is sick or unable to attend class after these two cancellations, you may request a recording of the session from your teacher.

• Please do not use WhatsApp to contact teachers for refunds or cancellation requests.

• All cancellation requests must be made through Fons.

4. Code of Conduct
We expect all students to treat their fellow classmates, instructors, and staff with respect and professionalism.
Any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate may result in the student’s enrollment being terminated without refund.

5. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to:

• Arrive on time and prepared for each class.

• Practice regularly outside of class, as it is essential for progress.
  Please note that Mukti Music is not responsible for lack of progress due to insufficient practice.
