Ramya Shankar grew up with a global ear — surrounded by sounds from across the world, she absorbed music the way children absorb language: naturally, joyfully, without borders. Over the years, deep training in Carnatic, jazz, and contemporary music gave shape to what she always felt: music is one.

Mukti Music was born from that belief — a school where children don't choose between traditions, they inhabit all of them. Deep roots, wide wings. They absorb music, sounds, love and find joy in community.
