What you get in a Raga Bubbles session?
A joyful early-childhood music experience where young children learn through Indian ragas, creativity, and culturally rooted play — building confidence, connection, and curiosity. It is a wonderful bonding session with parents and grandparents who enjoy the class equally.

Start with introducing the child to First, Fifth and Octave in a fun way. This sets the tone and foundation already.
We sing the "Hello Song" in Raga Hamsadhwani and start with a prayer and a few common tunes like Twinkle Twinkle with hand action and singing in solfege and swarams.
The middle of the class is about exploring ragas and rhymes in a fun format. We then move onto "movement" where children do jumps and fun rhymes such as "Heads shoulders Knees and Toes" etc. They then do the Parachute song - a fun joyful time where they also play "peek a boo" as part of a rhyme
Exploring rhythms is a fundamental part of this class. Children play and respond to different rhythmic sounds.
We then wind down with some kirtans and chants and end with the Good Bye Song and finally the First, Fifth, Octave to circle back.
